Committee Meeting on Thursday,
August 2, 2007 between 8:00 a.m.
and 12:00 p.m. The meeting will
be at the Metro Water Services
Administration Building, Second
Floor Conference Room, 1600
Second Avenue North, Nashville. Meeting

The request, Case #200700067, is
to allow disturbance of the
buffer of an unnamed tributary of
Long Creek for construction and
encroachment of a 2,000 square
foot retail building and
associated parking lot and
installation of a six inch
sanitary sewer line.
This one acre piece of property,
owned by Joe N. Smith, trustee,
is located on the south side of
Eatons Creek Road at the bridge
near Binkley Road. It is is zoned
for commercial use.
Members of the public will be
allowed to speak on the issue.
